Price Match Guarantee
At Corporate Skies, we want to make sure you get the best deal when you book with us. That’s why we offer a Price Match Guarantee. If you happen to find a lower price (including taxes and fees) for the same flight itinerary on a Major OTA site within 24 hours of booking, we’ll either refund the difference in price or cancel your booking and give you a full refund. Please note that there are some exceptions to this guarantee, such as fares that are only available using coupons or other promotions not offered to the public. Military, student, government, tour operator, bulk, vacation package, or “Web Only” fares are also excluded. To qualify for the guarantee, the itinerary you found must match every element of our offer, including airline(s), flight number(s), itinerary, date(s), number of customers, and seat type. Additionally, the offer must be available for booking and not subject to any additional charges.
Ticket Confirmation
All tickets purchased through Corporate Skies are electronic (e-Tickets) and will be sent to the email address you provided during the booking process. Once your e-Tickets have been issued, you will receive an email confirmation that includes your ticket number and reservation numbers for each airline you will be flying with.
Payment Information
By using our payment system, you acknowledge that the payment card you are using belongs to you (the card holder) or that you have the necessary authorization to use it if it is not yours. At Corporate Skies, we have strict safety protocols in place for processing credit card payments. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and PayPal. Please note that all credit cards must have a verifiable billing address in the EU, US, Canada, UK, Australia, Singapore, or another country. It is important to understand that submitting your credit card information does not guarantee that your ticket will be booked. The supplier must confirm the booking before it is guaranteed.
Frequent Traveler Status
Frequent traveler rewards, such as miles, points, upgrades, and certificate vouchers, may not apply to all bookings. Furthermore, not all fare classes are eligible for mileage accrual. Please discuss this with your agent for more information.
Ticketing Policies
- After you complete your booking on our website, Corporate Skies will send you an order confirmation to the email address you provided. This email serves as proof of successful reservation and contains all the necessary information about your passenger(s)’ details, itinerary details, and a summary of charges.
- The ability to cancel or modify a booked flight is subject to the airline’s fare rules and terms and conditions. While some airlines may allow free cancellations within 24 hours of ticket issuance, this option may not be available for certain airfares or ticket types. If you need to cancel your reservation, please get in touch with our Customer Care team and they can provide you with information on the cancellation policy for your specific ticket.
- Many airlines have restrictions on changing name details. If a change is necessary, the customer should know that modifications are subject to the airline’s policy. In most cases, airlines view a name change as a cancellation and apply standard conditions and charges accordingly.
- The Terms of your reservation, including price, availability, dates of travel, etc. are not guaranteed until the booking is ticketed.
VISA(s), TRANSIT VISA(s) AND OTHER TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
When traveling internationally, it’s crucial to have a valid passport that you must show for all international flights. It’s your responsibility to ensure that you meet foreign entry requirements and that your travel documents, such as passports, visas, and any other foreign entry requirements, are in order. Please be aware that Corporate Skies isn’t obligated to inform clients about any visa or travel document requirements, and we won’t take responsibility if you’re denied boarding or entry into a country due to a lack of visa(s) or improper travel documents. Your passport should be valid for at least 6 months from your travel date. We strongly recommend that you check travel restrictions, warnings, announcements, and advisories issued by the relevant government agencies before booking travel to international destinations. Before leaving, please verify that traveling with a one-way ticket is allowed for your intended destination. Keep in mind that certain countries may require a visa and/or health card. It’s the traveler’s responsibility to have all necessary travel documents for check-in. Additionally, we suggest that you check visa requirements for all layovers, as certain countries may require a transit visa. We aren’t liable if the Passenger is refused entry onto a flight or into a country due to failure to carry the correct passport, visa, or other travel documents required by any airline representative, government, or border control authority. This policy applies to all countries, even those where the passenger is only transiting and doesn’t leave the aircraft or airport.

Changes and Cancellations
Once your tickets are confirmed, they cannot be rerouted or transferred to another person. In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, please be advised that you will not receive a monetary refund. However, you will be issued a credit (minus any applicable airline or hotel fees) that can be applied towards a future ticket purchase. This credit will remain valid for up to twelve (12) months from the date of your original purchase. Please note that a minimum processing fee of $50 per person (plus any applicable fees, taxes, and surcharges charged by the carrier/provider) will apply in the event of a cancellation or exchange. If you wish to cancel or exchange your tickets, please ensure that you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled departure time. Failure to do so will result in your reservation being non-refundable. Please note that there are specific terms and regulations that you need to comply with, which include adhering to the cancellation policies established by the airline you are traveling with. The contract of carriage between you and the airline will be established when you receive your ticket. Keep in mind that airlines have the right to modify flight times and schedules, which may result in changes to your itinerary. They also reserve the right to cancel or change flights at their discretion. It’s important to note that Corporate Skies is not responsible for any schedule changes that may occur. NO SHOW ticket(s) will not be refunded or exchanged, and the reservation will have no value.
